Tired of your dog running up to every dog or person they see to say hello? Embarrassed when they don’t come back, leaving you to chase them around the park when it is time to go home?
There is nothing more enjoyable than watching your dog running free, but joy can quickly turn to dread when your dog hightails it in the opposite direction and refuses to come back. The good news is, we can help.
No more restricting your dog to on-lead walks only. No more worrying for your dog’s safety in case they run off and get lost or into trouble. This short 3 week course is designed to help turn a rubbish recall into a reliable one, so you and your dog can enjoy your walks again.
What will we learn?
Each session builds on the skills learned the previous week. Teach your dog to come back to you from a variety of exciting distractions so you can feel confident letting them off lead on your daily walks.
Week One – Recall 101
Week Two – Recall from distractions
Week Three – Trip to the park (outdoor session)
Guiding you every step of the way
Training handouts are provided for each exercise taught on the course to help you continue your training on your daily walks.
Recognition of achievement
Every dog receives a rosette at the end of the course in recognition of their attendance and achievement.
